Cake Decorating Class
I got to teach my first Cake Decorating Class for our wards Relief
Society's mid-week activity in May. I feel like it went pretty good. It
was so fun to see all the variety of cakes the ladies came up with. Great job ladies! The first three were my favorites. They turned out very beautiful!

| If I were to pick a winner, this one would be it. I love how she made the design with the little pearls. |

| This one would be 2nd place. Loved her two tone flowers and the ruffle. |

| And this one is 3rd place. I love how she did the roses with different shades of pink and white. And she didn't have any previous experience decorating cake. |

I had so much fun, that I would love to teach another class in the future.
"April Fools Cake"

| Last minute I decided to make a "April Fools Cake" for my family's monthly birthday dinner. It was so funny! They all thought it was just a cake decorated like spaghetti, but when they cut into it, they discovered that it was made out of foam. My cousin Dallin even took a bite and thought it tasted good, it must have been the sweet fondant that tasted good. The kids were so disappointed, luckily I had made a real cake, that was a delicious vanilla cake. So delicious that it made up for the mean trick. |
